I think on the digital proofs it would be helpful to have a size comparison. For example, the imprint area on the neoprene sunglasses strap is VERY SMALL but doesn't look so on the digital proofs. To verify with our sales rep, I used a penny for size comparison. Also - tracking information or info on how shipments will arrive is important for planning. I really needed to know if our order was going to arrive as one BIG box or multiples over a few days.
