The print on the cup looked much smaller than expected and not very easy to read, especially for those of us who wear glasses. The packaging they were sent it caused three to crack enroute, and when replacements were sent, one of the 4(thankfully one extra was sent) arrived cracked. Hopefully they don't crack as easily with regular use. If you are expecting these to feel like a Tervis, they sort of do, but lighter weight, less thick and sturdy feeling. The imprint is on the outside so will need to hand wash only. I guess I feel that I got what I paid for. Not unhappy, but not overjoyed either.
