The printing on the label came out exactly how I wanted it to, the only comment I have is that the lip balm itself was a bit waxy.

I am very happy with the outcome of this product! The chap ice spf 15 lip balm definitely exceeded my expectations. I ordered 5 different flavors and folks have loved them all! I have order lip balm elsewhere before and the packaging was nice however the product was thick and sticky.

This is one of the most affordable useful item I provide for my clients. My clients love the lip balm, which is a travel agent, is the perfect gift for my clients...always good to have a lip balm with SPF when traveling! For such a small item the imprint is excellent and really stands out.

Everyone loves the lip balm we purchased. It's a nice size container, we were able to select from a huge variety of flavor/scents and it has SPF 15 that other products did not have. When comparing to other products this was the best quality and value for the price.

Lip balm was great quality, my customers really like them. It's a nice little gift to put on our counter for customer to take and hold on to. The imprint was really nice full color. The mint flavor is nice and not too over-powering. Over all great experience. Would definitely recommend this product.

There was some company concern about the artwork quality with the first printing option. I appreciated the feedback. I went ahead and approved the use of option #1 as your company had printed them before and our customer loved them. So....the pens were printed and again our customer loved them!

quality assurance. there has been some significant smudging on some items in our last two orders. sunglasses, phone stands, and our foldable fans. these should be checked better before packaging and shipping.

Our company loves the way these chapsticks turned out! The peppermint beeswax is so refreshing, and the labels really pop!
I'd love more all natural chapstick options. Also, the how to set up the artwork for the chapsticks was not very clear.

The shipping costs are a little high, especially over the express shipping level. Also, I would recommend, not having expiration dates on the coupons. We only order from you a few times a year, and sometimes the coupon expires before I can use it.
