Our Commitment To Product Safety And Compliance
Crestline is committed to delivering quality products that enhance your brand, are safe to use, and comply with Federal and state laws. Our product manufacturers monitor their supply chains and use third party labs to assure compliance with applicable CPSIA, FDA, FCC, and state regulations.
Warning For California Residents:
The California Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986 (Proposition 65) requires consumers in California to be warned prior to exposure to any of 900+ chemicals known to the state to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.
Our product suppliers test their products to determine if warning labels are required, and that information is shared with us. The overwhelming majority of products we sell require no warnings.
Where warnings are required, labels are applied to the individual products or product packaging, and our website indicates which warning message will be used.
Below are examples of the “short form” warnings:
For California orders placed with our sales counselors we will warn verbally, allowing for product substitutes where desired. In all cases we will confirm the warning information on our order acknowledgments.
If you have any questions about our practices to properly comply with this law, please contact productsafety@crestline.com. For more information about the law itself, go to California site at https://oehha.ca.gov/proposition-65.
