Mug was shorter than I thought it would be for the price. the shipping was $50. That's higher than many other companies I have looked at.

The item itself is very good....
The item itself is very good. The one color imprint seems quite thinly applied. If we need more I'd be happy to, overall the product is very good, that was just the one thing I noticed.
Nothing I can think of, service was great. Response time/accuracy through the on-site chat was great
