Details
• Promotional hot cold packs are made from therapeutic non-toxic gel beads in a clear, flexible PVC hot/cold pack.
• Personalized gel ice packs stay warm for up to 90 minutes and cold for up to 3 hours.
• Instructions for heating/freezing are preprinted on the back of the packs.
• Instructions: Cold Therapy - Put the pack in the freezer for up to 2 hours before usage. Heat Therapy - Option 1 - Place the pack in boiling hot water for up to 5 minutes or until the desired temperature has been reached. Option 2 - Place the pack in the microwave for no longer than 20- 30 seconds. Caution - Overheating in the microwave could lead to burns to the skin and/or cause the gel pack to expand and potentially burst.

Outstanding Product
Both products we received are in wonderful condition and have been put to use already. The Cold/Hot packs have received lots of compliments from our students. The staff loved their charging packs.

Hot/Cold Packs - Awesome!
Our clinic specializes in facial rejuvenation: Botox/Dysport and dermal fillers. It is great to be able to send patients home with a quality ice pack with our clinic's logo printed. They keep cold for a reasonable amount of time. The size options of the packs were just right. The packs fit very well in our take home bags with give patients. I also like that each ice pack is individually wrapped in a plastic bag.

A memorable logo
We been in operation since 1853 and thanks to you we were able to have our logo printed on the items we purchased reminding others of the service we offer. The color changing pencils were the most requested item while the water bottles and pads were useful tools to those who received them.

Color selection was great. Packs are bigger than I expected. Love that it has directions printed on the back for customers to use as ice pack or a heat pack. Made with quality material.

Everyone Loves Them
They came quickly and were packaged individually, so that made them easy to present and give as a gift. Students and adults alike love them. They just play with them as a stress reliever, pop them in the microwave to put on a sore shoulder, or use as a cold pack. In fact, we gave a case to each of our school nurses to send home with kids who were injured or just need some TLC.

Excellent Giveaway
Since we are in the Fire and Rescue field, it makes perfect sense to give away hot/cold packs. They are just the right size for little boo-boos, or strained muscles.
