The quality of the product was very good. However, the communication in developing the design of the product was very poor. We had initially asked for a two-color imprint and were notified very late in the process (after we already received the invoice) that a two-color imprint on the device was not possible. Instead, before we gave consent, the factory did a a one-color imprint on the device. Again, I'm not sure if this was an issue with your company or the factory.
