Our customer service/sales rep was outstanding. I really appreciated her reaching out when we first placed the order and she helped facilitate the design process to get our logo the way we wanted. However, when we received the cups in person, I was very disappointed. They were so tiny and look like children's cups! I filled it with liquid and it only held 9 oz of liquid, yet I had ordered a 12 oz cup.
