The pens and notepads turned out very well. Your representative helped me determine that white text would be the best for the pens, although factory recommendations seemed to indicate black. She went out of her way to get a real sample of the product from the factory printed in black, and she proved that white was definitely the best approach on a dark blue background. She was stellar, she went above and beyond to help us!
