The product itself is fine. Took a long time to ship, but because of the alcohol content in the hand sanitizer I understand that it can't be shipped by plane. I do wish there was some kind of warning for this product that provides this expected delay.
Overall the quality of the product we purchased was satisfactory, the reason why I would probably do my promo shopping else where is because my whole order was cancelled because I disapproved one of the two orders I had made causing a delay in production of the product I did approve. The product I disapproved was due to the fact that the design team just could not deliver my expectation for that one product. I asked that they not produce it for us, but I had already approved a proof of a different product. The entire order was cancelled without me being notified, and I was left wondering where the product I wanted was. By the time I followed up on where it was, it was too late to produce and ship in order for us to have in hand for our event. We ordered the item anyway to have on hand for the next event, but I was offered no compensation for the mishap. Disappointing.
