Length, imprint just as...
Length, imprint just as wanted....I am sure the attendees to our high school reunion will be pleased to wear the lanyard (with the ID pouch attached by the clip).
Perhaps a way to check on the progress of an order through your website. I checked on part of my order by contacting my contact and he was prompt and very helpful-a delight to work with.

If an item is ordered and the item is out of stock or no longer available, the buyer should be notified via email. Instead of getting and emailed order with a sale discount and the item not showing up.
