Everything was right about this experience with your company, beginning with its location right here in Maine. Beyond the product quality and speed of delivery, which were excellent, one thing undoubtedly made a huge positive difference and that was the customer service person who worked with me. They were professional, personable, understanding, knowledgeable, timely and had the patience of Job. I was a really nice customer but not the easiest one...I am pretty certain. Although there are many reasons I would order from your company again,they would have been way enough. Someone is doing an excellent job training your front line people. Whoever that is deserves a raise right along with them. Just Sayin'
