Nice bottle for the price.

This water bottle is a nice quality bottle with crisp, clear imprint. Customers have commented many times they think this bottle is pricey and often go out of their way to say thank you for it. Little do they know it is reasonably priced and the quality just makes us look like we spent a lot. It makes us look good to them and doesn't break the bank!

This was a repeat order. The unit cost had increased since last time, and the sales rep (who looked back at our last order while we were on the phone) did not communicate this, so the total charged to our credit card was higher than expected. Not a big problem, but it would have been nice to know that on the front end.
