We bought 150 tumblers with our company logo as gifts for employee appreciation week. They arrived incredibly fast, thankfully! Unfortunately, some were dented or scratched. The quality of the tumbler isn't stellar, which is a shame because buying in bulk is not cheap! Now we'll have to see if they keep our coffee hot!

I was surprised about the size of the logo on the product. I didn't realize when I approved it I was approving size. I just thought I was approving logo and color. I would think anyone working there by looking at it would make the logo bigger than it was. Need a magnifying glass to read the phone numbers. Other than that the product is good.

I ordered the stainless steel tumblers with our company logo printed on them in Lime green because it is one of our company colors. When our tumblers came in they were forest green which we could not use. They were returned but we were then told that the lime green may not show very well on the tumblers, not sure if that is the case since we haven't received them yet. Why offer a color that may not work on the product?? Thank you

When order is placed, delivery should be within reasonable time. It look over 2 weeks from time of order to time received. Plus, tracking information was not provided, I had to call customer service to see where my order was in the process.

Our company ordered ceramic coffee mugs and tumblers for promotional give-a-ways. Both were quality products and have performed well. The tumbler kept my coffee very warm for a few hours. I haven't tested the cold feature yet, but anticipate a similar result. My only "complaint" is that our company logo looks small on the tumbler. Hopefully the company can enlarge the logo on our next order.
