The mugs are fine, the imprinting was disappointing.
Quality control. Quite a few mugs had smeared and or blurry ink on them.

Love it!
I like the feel of this cup. The cup is big but not too big; the handle works for both small and large hands. And I really like the matte finish. In my opinion, the inside of the cup is not very glossy as described. My cup does not look cheap!
