The linen folders looked great, just like they consistently have in the past.

Our folders that we received do not look good at all. The fold/cut of the folder pocket is off and is visible from the front of every folder we received. The edges are flimsy and not as sturdy as we thought they were going to be.

I sent my artwork set up to the size I wanted the imprint, which was smaller than the entire allowable imprint area. I used to work at a job doing this exact kind of work in past and I know that we often maximized the artwork to fit the imprint area but I was disappointed that I had to ask multiple times to get what I had originally sent, receiving multiple proofs that were incorrect before getting exactly what I had set up. Thankfully the end result looked great and exactly what we wanted. I don't know if this is a disconnect between customer service/sales and art dept, but when I have deadlines on things I need to get out to print, it is annoying to have to ask multiple times to get what I wanted in the first place.
