Overall, we are satisfied. We understand that lower costs means lower quality so we will avoid products that are on the "cheap-looking" end.

Can-do attitude
My rep worked incredibly hard to insure that a misplaced order by UPS was made good in time for my event. Timing was tight, Geiger delivered on time, UPS did not. Matt insured that I had replacement product just in time, and kept me well statused as he worked through the solution. I can't say enough good about the incredible support that I received from Geiger.
