The bags are okay. The workmanship on the product is subpar. On approximately 100 of the bags the logo is bubbled and/or not pressed correctly. Unacceptable product. I would like replacements.

Our donors really love these...
Our donors really love these cotton totes- they're a nice change from the more industrial-looking reusable totes that one finds at grocery store and they reflect our mission of conservation very nicely while looking great.
Everything was great! It was a little disconcerting when I tried to log into my account and discovered that my username and password no longer worked because of some internal platform changes, but that was swiftly resolved by reaching out to one of our previous sales associates, who took care of everything beautifully.
