The product is what I expected...
The product is what I expected and I like the cellophane wrapping for each item. Has a nice appearance.
Would like to see the set-up charge lessened on orders that use the exact wording of previous orders.

The experience was great, no need for improvement.
The products were as we expected we places our logo and various forms of it on the various products and they all turned out great. The goofy pen with the fuzzy hair is a huge hit, everyone wants one. The notebooks with a pen are also great. Great price for the products. The customer service rep was great, ordering was great the product looks great. We are very happy.
