when ordering , they advised the logo couldn't be as big as i wanted it and sure enough it looks small relative to product size. i'm still puzzled why it couldn't be bigger - there's certainly enough space. the pen lights up at both ends. the part thats near the tip has clear plastic. when lit up, it exposes as weird, crumbly texture. it should either be frosted or clear , this is neither. a couple more design flaws: when taking off the cap to use the pen, there is no place to attach the cap (usually at the other end of pens). most people (90% ?) are right handed. the way the logo & text is set up, its upright to a left handed writer...
