The mugs are good quality and we like them a lot. The color blue on the mug is much darker than the proof we received. The actual mugs look almost black. They are still good mugs. We were just slightly dissappointed in the color difference.

Great Product! We've had our employees take some tumblers and they said it holds heat really well (for a long time too) without causing their hands to burn/get too hot.
I know that you all do many orders on a daily basis, so I'm not extremely upset about it since one of your sales people was able to correct it right away, which I really appreciate, but we did have 2 of our products (we ordered tumblers) come in with faulty lids, so my recommendation would be to have someone quality check higher priced items/orders before they're shipped out. Other than that, I had an amazing experience. :)
