Ordering the imprint for the pen, I specified a style on the original order and when the proof came back it was done completely different, so I had to mark and explain what needed to be changed . It seemed as though my first example was not even sen or looked at.

If possibly more filters could be added to the website. You have so many products, which is a good thing, but if we were able to filter deeper into the product that may be helpful. Other than that everything was fantastic.

Wine glasses/pens
The wine glasses are a huge hit! Our doctors even took some of them home to use for parties. They make a great souvenir for our events. Your staff was awesome in getting the wine glasses to me before the event I needed them for, which was about a two week turnaround. The pens are also great because of the stylus on the end and all the offices I share them with love them. With new technology having patients sign in with tablets, these pens become even more valuable.

Great Pen!
They're just what we wanted. A nice grip, the contrast of text against the royal blue and writes smooth to top it off. We're all using them in the office and looking forward to handing them out at our event.

Excellent Value
This pen is a great size and shape, and the grip makes it easy and comfortable to use. I ordered it in royal blue, and the barrel color and matte finish are really beautiful. The only thing that isn't quite perfect for me is the stylus itself, which doesn't seem to glide quite as easily as another one that I have. It may just take some getting used to, though, and I think my clients will like it anyway.
