Our your company rep is fabulous. However, the company doing the imprint failed to deliver one of the ten colors we ordered. They gave us a credit after our your company rep went above and beyond to have our back. Some of the colors of the Koozie appear much lighter online than they do in person. If you have time, get them to send you samples to view the colors in person.
