Excellent quality

The quality of what was printed looks great. Service from our sales rep is great, as always. However, I struggled with rejecting this order because while in years past, the calendar on the current year was centered perfectly on the page in every direction, this year it is completely noticeable that the calendar is shifted to the right side of the laminated page. The border space on the right side is 4.5mm while on it is 8mm on the left. A shift of 3.5mm isn't much, but is V-E-R-Y noticeable. The reverse side is shifted in the opposite direction, so whoever controlled the die-cutting (or print alignment) didn't do a very good job. I'm rather unhappy about this because of the obvious nature of the offset and the instant notice of the shifted printing. Quite frankly, I am reluctant about sending these to any customers. I probably should have rejected the order upon arrival. =(
