I really liked the ornaments, but they are so fragile. One broke while taking it out of the plastic box it came in. Five ornaments were broken in the bottom of the box when I unloaded it. As fragile as these ornaments were, they were not packed with enough padding to be shipped properly.

The product came quickly and we loved it. The best thing I did was call the rep. from previous orders. He has personally viewed the items I was interested in and able to direct me to just what we wanted with just a few options which is helpful in the decision making process.
