Seems like about one out of 12 pens do not work right out of the package. I've noticed if I work with them a bit they usually start working so I am taking them all out of the package and working with them and it seems to be working fine. I still feel the quality is good for the price.

GREAT VALUE AND QUALITY
THE LUNCH TOTES WERE WELL-MADE AND STURDY AND THE BLUE COLOR WAS RICH. THE BRIGHT GREEN ARTWORK IMPRINT LOOKED GREAT. I ESPECIALLY LIKED THE QUALITY OF THE BAG'S ZIPPER. THE BAGS WERE USED AS A CONFERENCE GIVE-AWAY AND WERE A BIG HIT. I GAVE AWAY 200 IN 45 MINUTES.

This bag is big enough to hold a 6 pack of soda or hold your lunch. It is insulated so things stay cold longer. So far no complaints about its construction.

Fantastic product and customer service.
Not only was this a great deal, but the printing is great, they did a wonderful job converting our logo to print, and the customer service was awesome. Very pleased with the experience. The lunch coolers are the perfect size, and it's a nice supplement to the t-shirts we usually get. Everyone wanted one as soon as I opened the box.

It's just so so
The lunch bag sample we received is just so so. It is not what I expected. It looks larger/nicer in the catalog. It could be the color of the sample that makes it appear so blah. I asked for a red sample, received a Forrest green(?). I understand you have to ship what you have on hand, so really, no complaints about that. Just not at all what I expected. I do not think I will order this product, based on this sample.
