This is not exactly a product review (altho I have loved the chapsticks and paper bags!!!) but I would like to give a huge shout out to customer service for all their help. I do all of my ordering directly through them and it is by far the quickest, easiest ordering system I use (and i do a ton of ordering for our dental office).
