The customer experience. Some of the products look much better in the website than physical. I was expecting more quality and appearance.

I like them. They're cute. There were a few pieces of hair that were hanging off that I ended up cutting off (as if they hadn't been fully cut when they were manufactured). But overall, it was a good experience and everyone loves them.

Was smaller than I anticipated but overall happy with the product and how it turned out. I was concerned that the logo was not going to look right but it looks perfect!

Great customer experience!
I had an overall great experience. You did a great job, responded quickly and I received the Moptopper stress balls very fast. The Moptopper stress balls seem to be a hit in the office so far. I hope they will be successful at our tradeshow next month as well.
