I purchased the light up fan with two purposes in mind, 1) to be used as the light up item to represent the Mississippi Delegation at our opening session. We wanted to stand out and we did. 2) the conference was at Disney resort in June. Can you say hot. The fan was a great idea to help cool us off. The lanyard around the neck was a plus.
