Like I said before the product arrived fast and secure. Nothing was broken; which was a relief!

The only reason I choose a 4 is because there are a few issues with regard to how they were shipped which I believe caused detriment to the boxes and, even the coasters themselves. Also, some of the engraved logos were smudged which makes them unusable. I have been in contact with you and you are helping.
