Coffee cups are very nice quality. I would have put the logo on the other side as most people are right handed so the logo is now hidden when you lift the cup to drink but that's ok!

They mugs are pretty nice. Colors are pretty accurate when you get them in hand. Two were broken and one was completely missing from the box when we got them. Otherwise, probably would have been a 5.

outdoor mug. Graphic design was perfect. Size of cup was larger than we expected which was great. So far clients have given us great compliments on the mug.

High quality product- thick...
High quality product- thick ceramic. I only saw 1 mug out of 300 that arrived chipped.
Sometimes if you do not have a specific product in mind, it can be overwhelming seeing all of the products offered and finding something that might match the event you are doing.

Size was great - color was perfect & imprint showed up nicely.
There were 5 broken mugs in the boxes that I ordered. They were packaged great but the boxes came damaged even though they were marked FRAGILE in large letters. I don't believe this is something you have control over. Especially at Christmas time.

It would be nice if there was a way for customers to put their design on the cups themselves so they could try multiple without having to burden someone else to do it for them.
