The product (PALMIRO PEN) met my expectations. We have been purchasing the same pen (sport retractable) for several years. This pen was out of stock and not available by our event date. The Palmiro was the replacement chosen. Upon review of both pens, I prefer the new Palmiro pen over the pen we have been using.
