I thought the quality of the towel was going to be a little better than it was but overall I'm happy with the experience. I enjoy working withour Sales Rep, he is very knowledgable, helpful and he made sure to stick within my budget which explains the quality of the towel. Wish there was a way to receive a sample before I purchased it but I was under a time constraint and he helped me when I needed it. LOVE working with him!
