Crestline guarantees quality products at fair prices. Your custom imprinted items will be delivered exactly as you approved in your proof, free from material defects, or Crestline will issue you a refund.
Because our products are customized, we cannot accept returns, outside of material defects, on products once printed with your design.
If an issue arises with your order, our expert resolutions team will make it right.
A setup charge is a fee that our factories require to set up a screen to create each custom imprint. The amount is dependent on the item(s) being ordered. If the item is being re-ordered and the artwork is staying the same, you will not pay another setup charge. If the item is a new item, you will be charged a setup charge, as our factory will have to create a new customized screen, unless there is a free setup promotion on the item.
Yes! Crestline gives you the flexibility to ship to individual addresses, such as to your clients or employee’s homes all over the US. All you’ll need to provide is a list of the recipients’ addresses and we’ll do the rest to get those promotional products to their doorsteps. Our sales rep was truly outstanding. I was shopping for a a custom made oval shaped window sticker. The first company that I went to had only online customer service, but no one with whom you could speak with directly over the phone. The second company that I shopped with took my order online and offered live customer service, but I called repeatedly after placing my order, but only got voicemail. But with your company, things were 100% better. It was like night and day different. I was able to speak with her over the phone numerous times. If she were waiting on another customer, she called me back. She was able to guide me. She knows her products. Plus: 1. I needed my file altered slightly. That was no problem with the your company in-house artists. 2. My event was coming soon. Production time was 12 days. She was able to obtain an expedite from the manufacturer. Simply wonderful. your company, you have earned a customer for life!
