The product was pretty good for...
The product was pretty good for the price point. The factory sent the correct total of glasses, but the order was missing a specific color that was requested. My sales rep was able to resolve the issue quickly, and get the additional color sent out.
Offer free or standardized shipping costs, and/or allow the consumer to have more options to choose a shipper or carrier.
