Sometimes, it can be confusing when processing the order regarding when customers will receive the proof and when the order will officially be processed. If it is possible to send the proof and then allow for the customer to provide the payment information, that would eliminate these questions. But, I understood what to do after the first order. Crestline has always been great to work with and the customer services is fantastic!
