The box of sanitizers had several tops that were not screwed on properly which caused them to leak into the box. All three boxes were defective.

The starlight highlighter pens...
The starlight highlighter pens have great features (stylus, highlighter) and come in fun colors. That is why I like them!
One thing that could be improved is the assembly of the pens. I ended up throwing away several pens because the caps weren't securely screwed on. I went through all of the pens to fix the caps that were loose, but I couldn't find caps to some that had already fallen off.

everyone loved the product. the imprint is not very bold and hard to read. i think i would prefer less space for the imprint and the imprint to be more readable.
my service rep was great and very helpful, making suggestions that met my needs.
