We are in the medical coding business and use these syringe pens as giveaways at trade shows. Overall quality of the pen is good. Occasionally a pen will stop retracting the pen point after a short while of use. The pen seems to write well. The imprint is very sharp and clear.

Very fun product, especially...
Very fun product, especially with the different colors of liquid to choose from. Some of the pens had slightly scratched imprints from transport, but overall, we are happy with the item and they make for a cool giveaway.
We had used a coupon which we didn't realize had expired, since it went through and processed on the system. Our rep graciously gave us the discounted price anyways, but I would recommend adjusting your website so that if a coupon is expired, it doesn't go through in order to avoid confusion.
