Nice pen for health fair takeaway gift. I would change the rating scale above from "Outstanding" to "Excellent". I considered marking "Very Good" for my ratings because "Outstanding" just seems so "over the top". "Excellent" would seem more of an appropriate response.

My rep displayed a variety of pens. I tried a more economical pen, but was it really worth it. They were literally breaking as the customer clicked them at my counter. My Rep showed me for a few cents more per pen, I was getting a far superior product.

The bottles leaked and came without straws. Unable to obtain straws through the company or get a different product in time with our imprint for our event. Disappointed with product and assistance. Was offered a discount which was acceptable to replace the inability to fix the product problem.

Writes very smoothly
My rep showed me this one and a lower priced pen that looked very similar. He had me write with both and there IS a big difference. The Javalina wrote much more smoothly. This apparently is the original version of this pen and it's just better.
