Our representative (resource) person is great and gave us fantastic customer service. However, we are not pleased with the product itself. The imprinting on our pens looked good but the pens themselves were not good quality. We bought pens from a local company for just about the same price and they were much better quality. We wanted to give your company a try but are not pleased with our purchase.
