Product is great. Just the imprint size was unsatisfactory. We went back and forth a little bit, but because of the time crunch, we had to act. I was afraid it would be too small (as the two proofs I received were supposed to be the same size, but I didn't think they matched up), but was reassured that it wouldn't be, so I went for it. Next time, I'll ask for a pre-production proof.
