When you place an order online, it doesnt always let you select all the options you want that would incur additional charges. There was no where to indicate I needed color matching other than just including it in the notes. There should be a line item to choose and then you can input the color profile, and it would add that into your total. Just so that you get a better feel for the cost before checking out or waiting for someone to contact you.
