I had to a great deal of follow-up to ensure my order arrived on time. Indeed, had I not followed up, my rep wouldn't have known there was a problem with our (previously promised) imprint color and we would not have received the item at all. In the end, we settled for the product we wanted, but not the imprint color we wanted.
